"What should I keep in mind when placing an international order?"
↳ When placing an international order you are fully responsible for any taxes and custom fees associated with receiving your order, I will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees if you deny the package due to customs so please keep this in mind before placing an order.
"I wasn't able to recieve the package and it got sent back, what now?"
↳ If your package is returned due to an error that is not mine (ex: the shipping address you provided is wrong) you can choose to have your order reshipped so long as you pay the re-shipment fee (original cost of shipping).
"I want to buy a plushie for my child, is it safe?"
↳ No. My plushies are crocheted and hand-sewn meaning they are not meant for rough handling. My plushies also include small details such as beads or safety eyes which may become a choking hazard. Ideally my plushies are for collecting/displaying and gentle cuddling.
"I got my plushie dirty, how can I wash it?"
↳ My plushies are not machine safe, please spot clean ONLY with a damp cloth and mild detergent - allow the plush to air dry.
"What is MTO and OOAK?"
↳ MTO plushies are MADE TO ORDER meaning i will only start making the plush after the order is placed - wait times will vary depending on the plush so please check the individual listing.
↳ OOAK plushies are ONE OF A KIND meaning the plushie is already made and ready to go home however there is only one and there will only ever be one. These plushies are rare and will never be remade.
